A silver handled  buttonhook with multiple fleur-de-lis  motifs. Although the fleur-de-lis is from ancient French history it is more likely to be an American buttonhook Marks are simply STERLING and a pattern number 5625

A pair of Chinese Export all-silver buttonhook & shoehorn by Tuck Chang of Shanghai. Tuck Chang (1870-1920) was a highly regarded and sought after retail silversmith  expertly combining Chinese traditional motifs with the western tastes of the late 19th Century Victorians and on into the influence and styles of the Art Deco period. The hand wrought handles are richly embossed with flowers & trailing foliage
