yet another one of the longest BOOT silver handled buttonhooks this time by John White, established in 1888 at 29 Percival Street, Clerkenwell, London EC. and hallmarked Birmingham 1888.The quality of the workmanship is impressive, it is made in heavy gauge silver and the steel shank has an added decoration with a hot forged twist.
