Item description this folding penknife type glovehook is one of the best I have seen. The silver scales on each side are marked D&F for Deakin & Francis of Birmingham and the steelwork is by Harrison Bros & Howson of Sheffield. The date letters are rubbed but it is likely to be from the mid 1880's. With it is included a top quality silver handled boothook hallmarked William Comyns, London 1901. I have priced it low because the steel shank looks to have been a replacement.
